Jackrabbit and the minions of TDV set out for a run this weekend of america's Bday. we hit BV sat morning, ran Carnage after recovering my dumbass pooch who decided to follow his nose too far. Weather was nivce for the trail, but then we had to relax on the big balla's "lanai" as a rainshower passed by. Beers flowed. We slept in BV then made our way to Holy Cross on sunday. After me blowing a trailer tire outside of leadville we made it to the trailhead to set up camp again. Weather lookied nice again so we set off the trail. Jay Z got the gerbils going and spit a rock into the radiator before we even made it to the escape, so we called it and proceeded to drink at camp and Razz Steph about everythingNext day made it on the trail by 10 with torrential downpours before we even made it to the trailhead. WT tarp top was in full effect on Jefe. My dogger's first trip out and he was a champ after he ran off once, sleeping in the rear spot i made him the whoile time. He didn't even stop snoring while I made it across french creek, LOL. Well, we made it up to cleveland, and crackrabbit walked it, but the other jeeps that tried had some difficulty, one minor flop, qall was ok. On the way down, crackmonkey rolled it on a flat trail trying to big ball it, but that was it, 'cept for being SOAKING WET! so we all B lined it to dry tow rigs and home. Good time!!!
