Well, what a great trip. No real carnage except me blowing my driveline u bolts in the quarry, but found enough parts to get it back together.

This was the official 1st club trip for the newly formed Cheyenne Trail Crew, a.k.a. CTC. We only have 10 official charter members but this trip boasted a 170% turnout as there were 17, yes I said 17 rigs on this trip. Normally a group this size would have been turtle paced but this group worked well together and moved along at a great pace.
Thanx to all that joined us today, we had a great time wheeling with you all. Just a couple pix to start this report off right and more to follow.

Yes, it was a good day of wheeling. The 17 rigs in attendance made good time of the 2 trails, and all seemed to enjoy themselves. We had fun as always in the 'Quarry'.

Arthur... glad we could show you guys what Colorado wheeling's like. Different stuff than that Alaska mud, huh. Just wait till Moab next year.

Glad we could give the Walkers their first trail run experience. Hopefully you'll be back on a future run, and join the group.

Good times. Thanks to all that showed up. Was great to see Tim and his XJ finally hitting the trail with us. Will, you're nuts. Matt, nice Quad action you had going there.

Hey guys, I was the guy in the Black TJ with no top or doors who was up there with the WJ, 4Runner, and Dakota. Hope you guys didn't mind us kinda tagging along with you guys. There were a lot of nice rigs up there, made for a fun time at the Quarry.

More carnage than just that Dean. Heard a clunk on the way home tonight... Looked at the rear diff cover and it has a hole in it!!!

The TJ took a beatin' and kept on goin, though it needs some armor ASAP

Deffinitly a good time with everyone, met tons of new people as well.

Thank you Bob and Mary for driving me there and back so I wouldn't miss out on the run.

Thanks goes out to Mitch and Jill for bringing the Quad out for me since my TJ is out of commission right now. That was defiantly an experience. After driving quads through the CO, WY, and NE prairies, driving on rocks and on the trail was tough. I woke up this morning and my body is killing me. As Gary said, I got some good Quad action as I almost rolled it one one big rock I tried to climb. Just not as much articulation as the TJ has

David and Jodie got to learn what it was all about to wheel as it was their first time ever taking the TJ off-road. They said that they will defiantly join up now.

Raab3485, No worries on tagin along. And thanks for picking up my hat. I had no idea it had blown off my head.

Chris it was nice to see you again, hope to see you on the trails more often.

Yeah, found it in FoCo, but the damage was already done, looks like there is a piece of the ring gear in it - Maybe the 60 will be under it sooner than later...

ya but the shock mount broke and then broke a brake line. vise gripped the line and made it back fine, thanks had fun

Mitch took his quad up the quarry with out blinking an eye and got to the top and said "that was cool". Man has no fear.
