    21 Road (4-29-06)

Ok. so Wally and I hit up 21 Road today. It was definately a fun trail. I had a great time. If I keep wheeling as hard as I did today, I don't know if my Jeep will make it thru the end of the week So here's a few pics for you

    almost made it

until i took a bad bounce and almost went off the edge

coming down was another story.....we all thought I was going over.....i don;t know why it didn't

    plenty more pics here:

First off WOW!!! Randy is this quiet chill guy in person, then you get on the trail with him and he wheels like a madman. This guy pushed that XJ harder than most guys i know who own buggies. He followed me up every line on 21 road, i mean EVERY line, and not once did he hesitate or attempt to back down. WHen i suggest throwing rocks in the help him up in a few spots, he would not take it, he said "i'd rather take a winch cable than have to stack rocks" This guy is hard core, and we had a total blast!!!

Here's some of my fav shots along with the ones IntrepidXJ (randy) posted.

Nice pictures! It looks like you guys had a great time. I am looking forward to getting out there this fall. Hopefully my little jeep can make most of it.

    Nice pics!!

Did you guys make it to the end of the trail & out the top?? I rode my dirtbike up Coal Canyon a few days back & down into 21 Road from the top. It looked pretty nasty towards the end, I saw only one set of tire tracks that looked somewhat fresh, looked like some Krawlers.

Sorry I missed the trip Wally, I ran up to UT for the weekend.

Yup we made it up and over the last obstical...which by the way has changed quite a bit....and turned back around rather than taking the dirt road out the top.
