Thunk,
1st off nice pink jeep![]()
Thanks for coming along with us it was great to meet ya! Hope us college kids didn't get on your nervers with all the cb singing, but what would a wheeling trip be without cb singing?
wish you had some pics of that semi wheeling that was sick!!!![]()
Quotes of the trip
" dude lets see how much does dinner cost" (us)
"lets just say non of us employess can afford it" (dude at that ranch)
"umm.. then can we go around your gate?" (us)
That trail was pretty as someone in our group reffered to it (ahem... GAY!) but it really only had that one obstacle, tho it was a good one! I thoguht I was gonna need to be winched over it. But my supierior driving skills won the day!Originally Posted by Funrover

The only real fixed obstacle on there is the "nugget", but your pictures are all taken down in the trees. I chickened out at the nugget last year. It's taking me a while to get used to extreme angles. When my seat belt locks me against the seat so I can't even look over my shoulder, I get nervous... especially when I get out to verify my tire placement, and the jeep, in the interest of safety, won't let me put my seat belt back on. Anyway, I've played with her enough over the winter to feel safe about my COG, and want to redeem myself on the nugget before they close off this long-used road.
So, the question is: Could you get out on top? I was up a couple of weeks ago, and while I set the then-current highmark tracks, and that's all they were - no getting on up there, and slipping-sliding back down to where I could turn around was somewhat exciting.
I did Nugget Hill today...was funAnd scary...I'll give ya that..

It is only fun when you have around 8-12" of snow on it. Other wise it isn't much of a trail. Sort of like Johnny Park. Yeee haw!
