Had a project that required a high-temp coating. Decided on Jet Hot Coatings - https://www.jet-hot.com/
The project fell through and so I didn't use their services.
Years ago, stove black or stove polish was popular: https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads...int-color.html
Not sure about stainless, though. Just polish them?
