Thread: Super Bowl 50

    Super Bowl 50

    5 days away.

So Carolina has more firepower, a QB that can run, the most interceptions in the league, and a good pass rush. Once again we're the underdogs, but this time we don't have home field advantage. I like it. One thing I can say about the Bronc's is that Wade's defense never flinches. Probably a lot to ask, but it would be totally awesome to see PFM have a great game and go out on top.

I can stand another nail-biter (I think...) but hopefully we don't get blown out again. That would suck.

If we win, I think PFM will retire. Too much talk for there not to be some truth to it.

Personally I prefer the Broncos walking in as underdogs. I am optimistic for a win, but it is the NFL and any given Sunday you can win or lose to the best or the worst.

Regardless the Broncos are in the Fn Superbowl and I cherish that as a fan who has watched all 8 of them. Broncos have been in 8 of the 50 which is pretty remarkable on its own.

F'n A. Just beating Brady twice in one year was pretty special. Making it to the SB is icing on the cake.

Pretty much this. Although I hope so much for a win, it's going to be difficult and the Broncos are going to have to play the game of the season. Please oh please, just at least make a game of it.

Win or lose I just want them to show! It is pretty awesome that in 50 Super Bowls the Broncos have made it to 8 of them which in and of itself is pretty amazing. Taking 50 with a win would just be astounding. I hope they send Peyton out on top! He deserves it IMO.

GO BRONCOS! I hope the Defense blitzes all day and forces Cam to rely on his arm...it is good...but it ain't that good.

The cool part about Denver Defense is they have depth - Von Miller blitzes and gets tired takes a break for a down, then Ray comes in and blitzes just as hard. Same with Ware and the others. Wades model is keep up the pressure no matter who is in.

All I know is that it might be difficult to find somewhere to watch it in Tokyo where I'll be. It starts at 7:30 Monday morning there.

    I doubt it.
Besides you can stream it from CBS. I was able to watch the AFC Championship that way when I was in London.

Sweet! That would be stellar to pull a one of the free jerseys! Not many Broncos fans would be able to say they got a Broncos jersey freebie in Japan! Hope the bar is packed orange and blue! Safe travels!

    AND GOOOO BRONCOS!

Not sure if it was mentioned in this thread yet, but Manning is the worst-rated QB to start a Super Bowl ever. For you guys, I think this is actually a great stat. To me it says that the rest of the team makes up for his poor passer rating. If they win, it's a good bet he'll retire, and a new QB will walk in to arguably the best all-around team in the league.
