    Just got about the nicest compliment I could ever ask for. Had a big meeting with my operators today. At the end of it they all told me they're grateful for my leadership and they feel that I'm one of the best managers they've served beneath because I'm fair, honest, strong, and personable.

    I needed that.

    How much have vaccinations changed in the last 10 years? It's pure speculation but I wonder if something we're giving them to prevent disease isn't encouraging the growth of cancerous cells.

    Actually, it was having issues, I could only access the thread when I was logged out, same for several other people. Guess weird issues are the norm for the fringe tho. I think its still a shame that the first 50 pages are so were never recovered after Dan deleted it the first time.

    mechanic crawled all over my truck and spotted near where the coolant is leaking...he thinks head gasket or cracked head but is going to do a pressure test
