It's not facebook
My mom taught me if I can't tweet something nice, I shouldn't tweet at all
It's still fun to hijack threads
It's a good place to feel better about yourself when reading the crap other people are dealing with
The ownage pics by John and Shaun
It's better than the political crap in GCC
The roller coaster adventures of Ian's romantic interludes
No one knows I lurk here to see if you guys are talking about me
So tonight, I'm gonna party like it's 1999.
Back to blue skies and sunshine after some nice rain.
Mower will get used tomorrow.
Sadurdee.
75 and only going to 92 with a 50% chance of thunderboomers that will rain all around but not on top of me.........again.
Rest in peace Scooby. Almost 17 years of love provided is going to be missed terribly.

Scrappy and even Puddydog know. Puddydog is barking...ish at me wanting to go out into the garage which he never does I guess because that's the last place he saw Scooby go.

Losing the furry kids is hard. Sorry to hear
Thanks everyone. It was rough. I got to the animal hospital 30 minutes before they opened because i was told they were busy. The parking lot was already full when i got there and they had an outside sign up sheet which everyone but me knew about till this lil old black lady that was the same width as hight must have sensed that i didnt know what i was doing and asked me. I told her that i had to have my dog put to sleep and she told me to go stand at the door and tell them that when they opened and they would take care of me. I did as she told and even though i was number 42 in line, they said you are first. They asked me in to pay. I held it together pretty well till I had to pay for the put down before they did it and I pulled the debit card out. I suddenly felt like I was paying a hit man to murder my best friend. They were awesome though. Scooby was too big to carry around so they came out to my truck and gave her a shot to calm her and make her go to sleep and left saying they would be back in 10 minutes. I got to pet Scooby as she fell asleep till they came back out to my truck and gave the shot that ended her life. The short, fat, black lady who was just a customer happened to be leaving and walking by about that time saw me and came over to give me a hug. That may have been the best hug I've ever had. How do I get over feeling guilty for killing her? This sucks ass.

Allen - After all the love our furry friends give us, we have a duty to love them back, even when it means letting them go when they get to the end of their road. As the ER vet told us last year: " You either let Jack go now or he will go on his own...and he will suffer."
It's never easy. Hug Scrappy and Puddydog a bunch.
Damn, very sorry to hear.
Loosing the furbabies are tough.
That made me tear up.
Thanks guys. I knew it was going to be hard but it was harder than I imagined. I just put Scrappy out to eat and use the bathroom and all she did was turn around and look back through the door at me like hey, you forgot to let Scooby out with me. It's gonna take some getting used to for myself and Scrappy and Puddydog I guess.
Anyway, sundee is here. 77 going to 100. Shocking, I know.
It's sprinkling outside so that's something I guess.
looks like we will be in the low 90 range for the upcoming days

Sorry to hear about Scooby. I had to put my almost 15 year old Choco pup down last year. It was tough. But you guys will figure it out.
Ok. Been busy being retired around here.
Decided to have a mid life crisis. Instead of a shiny red convertible I fought other stuff.
Phase 1 and 2 of the midlife crisis in one photo

Two weeks in a row my company delivery didn’t show on time. Which means it gets pushed into tomorrow.
Puddydog did finally eat a little bit this morning but still acts a little strange. Scrappy won't eat anything other than a couple bites I practically forced down her this morning and she won't go outside unless I go out with her. If I put her out by herself, she just turns around and stares through the door into the house like I forgot to let Scooby out with her. On top of that, Scrappy acts like she thinks she is in trouble for something which makes me sad.
I was hoping I would lay here awake all night. At least I have that working for me I guess.
Monday #2
67 ===> 97 +/-
Actually managed to sleep all night. Very rare.
That was a rough one and it wasn't even really about the whole Scooby thing. It was just your standard normal everyday brain refusing to turn off kind of deal.
79 to a sun shiney 103 so here is my shocked face.
