    Windy...but you knew that already.
Courage is knowing it might hurt, and doing it anyway.
    Stupidity is the same.
And that’s why life is hard.

Dang it, Kid Rock is playing here this weekend but it's sold out. I would have gone to that if I had noticed it sooner.

Beastie Boys had multiples life lessons in the same song ...

"I did it like this; I did it like that; I did it with a wiffle ball bat"

"so I grabbed the piano player and I punched him in the face"

LOL. In what would I guess have been mid to late 80sish, me and a couple friends went from Amarillo to Cimmoron Canyon, NM in my old Bronco and listened to the new Beastie Boys cassette tape all the way there I think. It was about 5 hours worth.

It's 101 but on the bright side, it only feels like 101. I am 2/3 of the way done mowering and weedereatering and edgering and blowering.

Completed the sale of Dad's scooter to the truck driver dude who gave the deposit a week ago when Zelle wouldn't allow him to transfer the full amount ... He was able to make payments daily to finish payment .... I rode it out to Englewood and dropped it off at his company's yard before the predicted rain, which still has not arrived ... The threats are still there

The rain has just been a tease and the forecast is a coin flip of rain until 5am ....

I'd be OK with turning the sprinklers off for a couple of days .... The 64 outside is nice and tomorrow looks similar

I beg to differ. All my CO friends are at Sterling lake with wave runners and schtuff and it's too cold to be on the lake at the end of June. I'll pass on that.

It's all good ... I'll pass on the 101 feels like 103 stuff you've had lately .... Your friends shouldn't pick the coolest weekend possible to get on the lake.

If they had plans, change them when you see the forecast

Yeah, lake trips and camp spots are reserved months ahead of time so that wasn't really an option. Being that cold is pretty abnormal even for Colorado I guess.

Yeah, bummer for them as it looks to be 85 tomorrow and 90 on Tuesday ... I'm probably one of the few who enjoyed sleeping with the windows open in those cool temps ....

There was no butter harmed during the blooming baloney experiment. I'm not even really a fan of butter other than on a baked tator.
