Kayak fishing was good but i screwed up and wore jeans and a t-shirt instead of the usual kayaking attire and i was burning up. I figured it would be cool on the water but 79° and nothing but sunshine and not even a breeze made it hot.

Soooo tempted to take tomorrow off too but i dont guess i will.

I put the Fox Weather app on my phone.

It told me yesterday that today would be 33 degrees colder than Tuesday ... It just told me that tomorrow should be 15 degrees warmer than today....

That's better, but I'm still losing the battle of averages from the beginning of the week.

Howdy all. I'm gonna pick a number of pages at random to read back. In the mean time, enjoy a bad dad story. For the last couple of years I've been giving haircuts to my boys and myself. One of the kids had a presentation today at school. Normally use a #8 on the clippers. Grabbed the #5 by mistake. First cut, straight down the middle, reverse mohawk style. I scalped my kid.

I'm glad I have forgiving kids, although I think I might be paying for Supercuts from now on.

If I was my kid I'd be angry too. I'll figger out a way to make it up to him. I already did a heartfelt apology, and completely resisted the urge to say "It'll build character".

My ‘86 F-250 needs a new carb.. Should I rebuild the OEM one or grab a new one?

If I go new, Holley or Edelbrock?

I’m not a tuner, persay. But I think Holley would be the better fit for my application. It’s the 460 with a C-6 auto trans.
