It actually turned out to be a beautiful day with lots of sunshine but thunderboomers rolled in about 45 minutes ago and i can see in my ginormouse rain gauge made for blind people the we already have almost 3/4" and its still coming down like a cow pissing on a flat rock.
The mud was almost not squishing properly today.
I could have kayaked down the drainage beside my house earlier but it has subsided.

Had a quick thunderboomer roll through and drop a quick 1/4 inch. The sun is back out now and hopefully it stays that way. I might even go fishing after church.

The 4th graders ran the table at another tourney today against 2) 4th grade teams and 1) 5th grade team .... You just play who signs up.
Game 1: 61-8 --- was fun for a bit, but you start losing interest
Game 2: 42-16 --- It's a rival team and they tried to bring in 2 6th graders at half-time (had 1 in a previous game where we beat them), but the directors squashed that today. The rival team got a little chippy --- it's usually a tighter margin.
Game 3: 46-19 --- the 5th grade team.
Got there at 10:45 and was home by 3:30. I liked that part.
Maybe im adopted.

I went by niece things house and loaded up 5 ruger mark ii in various forms, 3 colt 1911s also in various forms, a glock 17, and quite a bit of ammo. It all sold today other than the 1911s and a few boxes of shotgun slugs. I have to go back in another 3 weeks hopefully for the last time so ill make another haul then i guess.

Had a client ask if I was willing and able to assemble and weld together some Coastal Off Road bumper kits and some sliders from 4x Innovations and document it for them. No worries right? Well the quality of parts we received from Coastal were crap. Laser cut parts with heavy edge burring, and round tubing send out with bends being out of plane to each other. Meaning you can lay the grill hoop on the fab table and it won't lay flat. And that's just with the front bumper so far. Client decided that he didn't want to deal with the manufacturer since they are in Canada so I get to fix things up. Sucks that QC has gone down for so many companies lately. Getting correct and good quality parts has really been a struggle the past few months/year. I have heard the same from many different people in many different fields of work. Any of you experiences issues?
That's a significant reason I quit doing after market mods/parts.
Trying to get a stock replacement bow string was a frustrating and insulting effort as shop after shop kept insinuating they could get me a better and cheaper string from after market suppliers. Nope, they were minimum 30% more expensive and had traits not commonly admitted to.
That experience was at least 80% horrible for me with Jeep stuff. It's why I won't mod my vehicles any more.
And just to add: the stock string is from a reputable "after market" supplier but made as a house string for this mfrs bows so that it performs as needed.
