If it's minimal and melted and mixed in with stuff, I can usually deal with that.... Maybe just a bit of extra green chili to make me not notice the cheese.

Those look like some yummay enchiladas...

I could do a batch of no cheese, they just might fall apart easy. But yes, extra green chile sauce could easily be added.

Some beans and rice on the side for a full entree or just chips and salsa?

lulz, thanks... I actually do deal with minimal amounts of cheese that is melted... just not certain kinds and zero kinds that doesn't melt.... zero bleu cheese crumbly stuff, zero cream cheese, zero ricotta, and a whole bunch of other ones...

Even a shred of cheese that's not melted doesn't work on a salad... put that same shred and melt it on a burger or pizza, then it's different. The limits to that are very real though. Mac n cheese would make me puke.

Match this with not liking beans (now I can handle small amounts of re-fried bean in mexican food) and growing up was a bit tough. I was considered "the picky one" ... yep, I've already mentioned mayo and yogurt as well on the "do not enter Rex list"

I don't like most ranch dressings either... Outback (and a few other places) ranch is OK in small doses on cheese fries after I pick out the ones that don't actually have cheese, but I do tend to like most bleu cheese dressings on wings... just not the microscopic bit of a crumble though.....

I admit I'm weird, but so is cc in many of the same ways.... he just lives in a place with more mailbox and crawdad issues....

Jodi was really wanting to look at potentially getting a Bambulance from Aaron for her business, but has tabled it for a bit...

She needs to continue building her Insurance brokerage, which has been going really well.... but she needs to be in a comfortable spot to cover the cost of an acquisition like that...

... I wished the time was right now, because she really should try to get this....

Trying to buy, been living in the parents basement with the wife and kids trying to get a down payment large enough to buy a home. The housing market keeps on going up faster than I can grow my down payment and keep my monthly payments at a manageable rate

So, this is whats so cool about the sand dunes in Kansas. We have all been coming here long enough that we know the town people. The aftermarket exhaust on my YXZ has an extra o2 sensor port for just in case you add a turbo or anything where a fuel management system is added. It had a plug in it because it was not needed but i guess it came loose and fell out.

I went to the parts store this morning and told Dave what the deal was and i told him that if he didnt have a bolt that size to plug it with that i would just buy the cheapest 02 sensor he had to stick in there. He didnt have a bolt the right size and called his son and had him pull an o2 sensor out of his spare buggy engine and bring it to me to use for the weekend.

I threw a 20 at him and he said you dont need to do that and i said yes i do as i walked out. The guy is super cool and has opened up his store to us after hours and on sunday before when we needed stuff.
