I was actually going to spread a tarp for them but i didn't even know they were going to work on it today. I am actually surprised they actually showed up to rebuilt it after they asked what i was going to pay them to rebuild it and i told them i wasn't going to pay them anything because the mortar was bad and didn't stick to anything.

I am assuming that they are just used to doing new construction where the lawn isn't even put in yet so they just aren't even thinking about it but i dunno.

Either way, i am going to have more clean up to do. Sucks that they are making the mess but all will pass and it will recover.

I'm not really worried about buy a 6.0L, and I would still consider it. The one in FTC fell through because the guy was just stringing me along and this one was a really nice truck but it's not exactly what I want. The biggest thing is that I want a manual (truck is an auto) and the dealer hasn't exactly been transparent either. I suspect that it needs some untold work which they have been doing while stalling me.

Its not the stones being scattered that's the problem. Its dropping wet mortar all into the grass and stone chips everywhere.

10 days till dunes. Checking things off the standard ordinary sand dune loading and to do list slowly. I will probably get the trailer out of the back yard Tuesday the the loading will be ramped up a lot.

Hmmmm.....did you ever consider just borrowing mine when you need to haul/tow something? Might be cheaper....
(Well, I'm takin' my time) I'm just movin' along
You'll forget about me after I've been gone

hmmm yeah that would be a very good option. Haven't you realized how fiercely independent I am? I will flounder eternally rather than ever ask for help

I just talked to him and there was some miscommunication. I guess the truck is still at the shop for a valve job and getting the head studs done as well.

For reference it was a 2005 CC LB F350 with 150k, manual with cruise and AC. Super interested, I love the super dooody styling and all I want is actually and cruise.
