And then equip it with one of these:

You end up with an AR that has no kick at all, is quieter than a 22, and just a hell of a lot of fun to shoot.
That is definitely a nice one but i already have a pretty nice one. The cheap one lives in the truck. I dont really want a $3000 plus piece living where it could get stolen.

Have either of you shot much with one? I tried one on my AR last summer and while it was impressive at suppression, after only 15 or 20 rounds fired, it made my entire gun completely filthy. I'm talking even the rounds left in the magazine were filthy.

While it was cool, it wasn't worth the mess IMO.

If you have had different experiences, please share. Maybe the one i was using just sucked.

I dont remember now what ammo i was shooting with it and yeah, some ammo burns cleaner than others but whatever ammo it was, i shot it without the suppressor without it making everything nasty. It seemed that all the nasty gasses that were captured to eliminate noise were shoved back down the gun.

Again, that was the only time I've shot with a suppressor so i dunno.

hmmmm, it definitely sounds plausible. I bet Scott knows

oh yea, don't remember if I posted or not but I figured out my issue with the 556 rounds. My hammer spring was backwards. After flipping it around all of the "dud" rounds fired without issues

think I'm gonna ask the seller to pay my closing costs instead of making repairs.

A $225k listed home with heaving/falling front patio and driveway, no carpets, unfinished basement and a whole lot of bad stuff not listed but is in the photos...received 50+ offers all above asking price the day after listing. This market is way out of hand!

Hey Jacob, where is the new house?

Trey's club team got their butts kicked tonight. They just looked bad, but the other teams were really good. They are mixed in with the best teams in the metro area for the age group... They have 2 more tough teams to face in 9 days.
