    CRAP!!!

    He's back.

    Steven.

The unfriendliest, barkiest German Shepard on the planet. Neighbor said he was sent to New Jersey. She got a new dog who doesn't make a sound. I just saw her walking a huge German Shepard into the house along with the other cool dog.

Nice to be home and in my chair. I've really started to appreciate the little things in life lately.
    I'm sorry, I wasn't listening.

Long day today. Signed the contracts for the new property first thing this morning. The we went through 2 different caves, the world's 3rd and 6th longest mapped. Also hiked up to a fire outlook post, chased and then was chased by a few wild buffalo, and did another short hike out onto the plains above Wind Cave. Probably hiked a total of 12 miles and climbed over 1500 stairs. My back is not happy with me...

gotta meet the truss engineer and my favorite framer at the fire-house tomorrow... Hope the framer can commit.

... gotta meet the electrician on Thursday morning so he can schedule taking apart all the wiring inside the trusses so we can rip them off.

I was in the yard tonight and there was a damn bunny a few feet away and I didn't have Trey's BB gun.... Stoopid bunny was mocking me as he ate some healthy green grass and then ran into the neighbors dry-ass yard.... I'm not sure, but I think he flipped me off.

Boy, my back is not happy. All tight and locked up. Think I pushed a bit too hard. Tomorrow is an easy day. Air and space museum followed by a trip through the badlands, and then a minuteman missile silo tour. Then end our night in Deadwood at the ol' Saloon #10. Should be another good, long day

The senior people on my team (there's only 1 lead and 1 senior and like 15 juniors) dropped the ball in reviewing one of my projects and are just now getting to it 3.5 months late and bring up all kinds of issues and conflicts that are going to be a huge pain in the ass to fix .

And it's going to take me a while to brush up on the project before I can even start making changes to it because it was rather large and 4 months is a long time to forget stuff.

Just received my first ever MacBook as an (early) fathers day present a couple of weeks back. I've been wanting one for quite a while, but wouldn't spend the money on myself. So far, Im very pleased with it.

It didn't take long for me to start trying to use the laptop track pads at work to do things they don't do.
