Ok, it's toozdee instead of humping day. I had to edit because I though it was already hump day. Yesterday's mundee was so long that I thought it was two days apparently.

Yeah, but I am more interested in moving to where you are moving away from. I am not quite ready for GJ and the desert life just yet....
With oldest kid looking at 17 soon, started having thoughts of a reset. If a move happens, I feel it will be out of state.... Just not sure where. A few years back, was thinking of east coast, but not so much now. My criteria has changed a bit, so I'm a bit more open-minded about possibilities.
We have quite the age gap for kids, so if we pull the trigger on something in the next 2-3 years, the impact to the younger kids will be minimal. I know that we will likely migrate to GJ or further west at some point, but the size of the metro area, having grown up here, is wearing on me. I know the wife has issues with the fact that it is still Colorado on the political front, but I think that politics will exist regardless of where you are, so moving solely for that is a little silly to me.
I think that moving east coast would be the opposite of the pace I would be looking for unless it was in the Carolina's. Honestly I don't even know if we have the right answer, but the thought of buying something that is on the river in Glenwood is very appealing, not so much if it was anything else.
Florida is way more rural than I thought. Been a good move for us.

We toured the area around Walsenburg and Pueblo on Sunday and were shocked at the contrast with the traffic/people in Parker when we got back.
Desolation has a certain attraction that we got accustomed to rather quickly.

My parents cabin is threatened by a wildfire, hope it still stands in the next 48 hours. The wildfire is 1/2 mile away and progressing towards it. They have been trying to sell it for the past few months so it has nothing in it, water, electricity is shut off and it's empty.

29 now ... Have an appointment to drop the Ducati Evo to Fay Meyers for oil change / inspect and one other small detail .... Chose the day based on forecast, but wasn't expecting it to be quite this cold now with a high of 60 today.
Gonna be a cold ride here in just a bit, but fortunately it's close.
I don't know what you are counting down to but that's is the wrong number. It's actually 43 days till sand dunes.
