Lol, I had nothing to do with it. My friends are the special ones. They both worked hard for what they wanted and it actually worked out in the end. I am just happy to see two people I care for being able to succeed and get the things they want out of this world. Our air quality has been horrendous the past few weeks. Saw Denver had the worst air quality of any major city throughout the world yesterday. And that it's been in the top 5 for the past week or so. It's interesting how the mountains and jet stream trap the smoke from out fires as well as brings in the fires from Cali and the rest of the west. Guess this is our new normal for the wildfire seasons huh?
Got the Charger cleaned up... probably post it in the next few days...
Got the black Saab thing cleaned up.... That thing is freakin' nice. Jodi can officially take over dusting duties, but we know that will not happen and it will just get filthy until I wash it again. Her and the boys treat her car like a trash can with wrappers and empty water bottles in the floor... irritating to say the least.
That's exciting. The change in cars. Not the irritant. My father has always been a fan of Saab's. He swore by their all weather capabilities, quickness, and liked their interior features. Hope you all do as well!

On the other hand, the smoky air here is pretty heavy vs. the smoke she put in the atmosphere to make yummy stuff to eat.
I do like me some ribs when you pick up the bone and all of the meat stays on the plate.

Damn anxiety thing ... altered breathing, heart working overtime, discomfort in chest.... 3.5 hours now.
Deep slow breaths and something stimulating to take your mind off it. At least that is what I try to do. Seems to work sometimes.

Been trying that since about 6AM .... It would be different if there was something I was upset or worried about.... Not the case at all, but can't get myself to calm down... Been having this occur at random times.

Do you know your triggers? What is your known stress levels like? Have you been using CBD or THC or THCa? What has you alcohol intake been like? Any other drugs, even like caffeine? What has you exercise route consisted of?

The smoke in the air didn't feel as thick this morning, but seems to be getting steadily worse as the day goes on. The moisture that is supposed to show up this weekend should help some I hope.
Stressing like that dumps all kinds of cortisol into your system and left to just circulate about in your system is not good.
When I get stressed like that, whether I can identify the reason or just one of those "WTF?" reasons like you're experiencing, I get my ass on the treadmill and run as fast as I can to try to burn it out of my bloodstream. Just run/work you ass off for 30 minutes of so and you'll feel like a knew man, both from the strenuous mental distraction and burning it out of your system.
Tarred messed up day, hate when routine get messed up.

Not stressed about anything I can identify; No THC or drugs or caffeine, very minimal alcohol on occasion, physically active with work, yard work, etc... I've used Melatonin for sleep for 5 years.
It's just an anxiety thing that randomly appears and brings some physical effects as previously mentioned. I've had issues with anxiety for a number of years now, but some of these recent occurrences seem to be worsening.

What's the mosquito situation for everyone across the state? We usually have a fairly large population that we have battled the past few years. But this year their presence has been very light comparatively. Was wondering if all the preventive measures we have been using are actually working, or if they just aren't that bad this year?
That’s how mine works to. No rhyme or reason to it.
Smoke seemed to be a lot better today. Denver was 13th worst for air quality, so while it is better, not by much. Amazing how just that little change seemed to help with the symptoms
