Usually only an issue if you apply the mixture and don't rub it in well and then drive down the dusty road or the wind starts to howl. Honestly, it is the best protection I have used with old patina'd rides.

    Happy day off!

I could get used to this....

Howdy all. Reading back, this news will kinda fit in. We got another jeep in our family, my son just bought a 07 Grand Cherokee with the 5.7l Hemi. He's on cloud 9, and now has to get his license to enjoy it. It's only got 86k miles, and it's purdy.

The low fuel light on the Hog came on as i pulled into work after lunch yesterday so i had to put a gallon of gas in it to fill it back up. She knocked down a solid 105 mpg.

Yall might wanna double check my math but it held exactly 1 gallon and i had gone 105 miles since the last fill up. I square rooted this and carried that and added in what time little Johnny dropped his cookie on the ground if one train left Seattle at 7:26 am and the other train left Chicago at 9:43 am and 105 mpg is what it ciphered out to for me.

As long as it was raining when the train left Seattle, I think you nailed it.

What an absolute awesome day of cooler weather! The massive rainfall last night not only will keep me from having to water the next day or so, but the temp drop that came along was definitely worth the price of admission. Currently 68* and doesn't look to break 75* all day. Great break from the hotness before the dog days of Summer sets in. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Its 99° with the sun blaring down so i reckon its time to mow the yard. A guy wants to do that when its as hot as it can possibly be so the sun with scorch the freshly mowed grass.

    Good mornin all.
For some reason I got the wild idea in my head to take this past week to go through a whole bunch of boxes that came from Shaun's house, that have been taking lots of space in the basement, and then have a yard sale this weekend... that has just been draining.

looks to hit 80 or so .... I'll make the trip to the airport later to fetch Court and Jodi after the Kansas basketball tourney ... Things did not go well ... Court played well, but his team is not built for a tournament like that.

Jodi is finally convinced after 2 out of state tourneys that we need to avoid teams that feel the need to travel at this age. It was a fun season with this team, but time to investigate another club that has been trying to recruit him.

This is something that i would be interested in building. I have to figure out some way to build a shop in my back yard that is on a decent incline.

It's a freakin' deal ... I can't take it on or I would've been driving down to the Springs this morning when I found it.

Im back to where i guess i could start leaving the yammerhammer in the enclosed trailer and have room for something like that in the current garage till i get a shop built but then im also back at where it would cost me 1000 to get it from there to here.

I guess i dont really have a point since ive spent more money than the asking price for that car for guns that i really didnt have to have over the last 2 months. I guess i could text the link to a very good friend of mine and see if he could swing by there and look it over and buy it for me if its all that it seems to be. He could just take it home with him and maybe bring it to me next time he goes to his other ranch in texas.

Used car market continues to be insane right now. I listed the Ranger I recently acquired for sale on FB at 3pm. Had LOTS of replies immediately. First guy who came to look at it, bought it and drove home a little before 5pm. I did nothing but buy that truck and drive it home. Took a few photos of it dirty and posted them FB. I hadn't even gotten around to posting anywhere else and had people lining up to take it away.

It's a great time to be cleaning house!
