Enjoyed last night watching the Denver Nuggets be the 1st team in NBA history to overcome a 3-1 deficit twice in a single playoff season to win both of those 7-game series and advance to the Western Conference Finals.

Zero expectations on getting past the Lakers to get to the Championship Finals, but it's been fun having sports back

I cant catch a break lately with the weather when going fishing. The last 3 times ive gone, its been perfect with mid 80s and lightly overcast with just enough breeze for the right amount of ripple on the water and all three times, by the time i get on the water, the breeze has gone away and the pond or lake is glass smooth. That makes it very tough fishing.

Not supposed to for the most part. It is legal to drive them on unpaved county roads and legal to cross paved roads with them to get from one unpaved to another but thats about it. I drive mine, as others do around the neighborhood and i have even driven mine to work a few times and the popo doesnt seem to care as long as you are not driving like an idiot.

Slept as well as possible. Back to my normal levels of doom and gloom. Thanks though. Was an interesting 24 hours to say the least. But I didn't end up in jail and everyone is safe and sound.

For you construction guys. Very rough estimate for a basement structure with parking pad/shop floor above. 50x150 with 10' ceiling? Shop would be build on it eventually. We talking $100k? $300k? $500k?

steel isn't cheap right now. I would need to talk to an engineer on the beam calcs for something like that, as the live load calc's would be rediculous with your planned shop use.

I have seen people do it, but usually its a 2-3 car garage, structural steel, and either a pitch pan assembly or a PT slab

you could do it with double tee's, for that big of a setup, it might actually work out better that way.

I have been a part of a couple pours like I am talking about while stationed at Coors. Basically built and I beam a c channel structure and welded plate with the pour. But that was 15+ years ago. Center support posts could be done, but would rather an open space. Could be talked into a narrower area, like 40 or even 30ft. Any idea on very rough cost? Really need (not want) an indoor range/batcave/bunker. Figure under the future shop would be a good space as it could be built first.
