Family isn't getting together for turkey day dinner till sadurdee. I was gonna smoke a brisket for me to eat through next week in different ways but then I decided to try smoking a London Broild so I got two of those. Of course I have to also do jalapeño corn on the cob and baked beans to go with it. We will see how this turns out. I've never done a London Broil before.
There's a first time for everything....
Got the corn shucked and hot buttered it and got the jalapeño peppers all ready to be wrapped up with the corn in aluminum foil.
