    Just dropped Trey at feeder basketball practice; Jodi doing a practice with Court and a couple of his teammates for tomorrow night's game.

    Then after Court's game, Trey also has one tomorrow night in the holiday tourney ... both of his teams (different divisions) are undefeated and in the Championship brackets.

    I'll go pick the kid up in 40 mins or so.... extra 30 mins of drive time to not watch 1.5 hours of practice... I've watched enough kid basketball this week to endure a practice

    Met up with the hoarder lady after my crew assembled 4 boxes of family documents and photos.... was surprised at how little she took with her.

    I guess my only advice would be donít buy too much house. I think my house is too big at 1840 sqft, and thatís with a wife and child living with me. One whole bedroom mostly wasted. We financed it for 30, planning to pay it off in 15. On track to pay it off in 9. I donít like paying interest.

    don't remember if I posted about it here or not but the new girl was planning a watch party for a tv show and I said I couldn't make it (which was no big deal). one of my other coworkers (who I'm friends with outside of work too) said he didn't feel like going so she was like "oh we'll cancel for another time". I was teasing him about it (she must like him better and I see how it is etc) last night while we were playing an online game not knowing that my other coworker (the one she dated for a month) was live streaming and that she was watching. Said coworker texted me at like midnight saying she was listening to the stream and that she heard it and was really upset that I thought she was playing favorites etc

    just a bunch of bullshit

    anyways I looked at this house, which isn't exactly what I'm looking for since it doesn't have a 2 car garage, but the oversized 1 car is very workable

    thinking about putting in a lowball offer since it's been on the market for a while and they've dropped the price this week

    I know CC is super against having a roommate but depending on where I end up I will consider having one. I do want at least 2 bedrooms so I can have my desk/drumset in a separate room from my bedroom

    He's not the only one, I think most everyone here will tell you it's a bad idea and it seldom turns out well.

    Real estate prices / cost of living in different areas of the country always shock me. That's a nice little house, but it would be less than $100K here I bet.

    That's really about the number I had in mind. But I'm not too familiar with the market here, much less there.

    Its supply and demand and raw land prices. The sticks of wood dont add up to much.

    On a serious note;

    You might give some thought to the garage thingy.

    Considering the fact that you have the ability to work from home, are you sure you dont wanna go for a longer commute and get mo fo the money? Im not suggesting anything way out like Byers but even at Byers, the time from there to Denver metro was like 15 minutes. The bulk of the commute time was still fighting through the Denver BS.
