Damn Homie.... Been there 4 times now... guess I've been old for longer than I gave myself credit for.... 36 was the age of great uncle for me.

My sister is 7 years older than me and it probably helps that her and her kids are a buncha Ho's..... Different moms and dads all over the place sprinkled with young pregnancies ...

not a damn one of 'em married, cuz who would want that, right? .... ...... but they at least tried.... 4 divorces (and 1 pending) among the 3 candidates though...

.... Oldest great-nephew is about 11, youngest great-niece is just a few months and < 1 (that means I don't remember how old the baby is)

NFL Free Agency has been crazy the past couple of days, but the Broncos could use a couple of receivers....

I thought that said "strippers".... and I thought, "what a great idea to have strippers while you're fishin"!
    but maybe no "big strippers"

Think I tuckered out my pup while bunny chasing. Found him in the mater bedroom, on his bed, in the sun, in front of his "tv" (large sliding glass door to the balcony, that overlooks our neighbors' horses), completely passed out. Tired pup is a good pup.

Old people are just as brutally honest as little ones. My grandma was so nice to point out my face and especially my eyes show the stress and sadness from losing Shaun... thanks grandma, good thing I love you.

Yeah, you've got about 50 years of filtered comments - from 10-60.

Either side of that and it's the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Sometimes we don't say the truth when we should. For me it was sad many times because I didn't. Well at least deeply... But today one year ago my son in law died. But for once I had managed to say tell him how I really felt long before he died.
I told him he was the son I never had.

We were always closer after that.. Don S..

So glad you got the opportunity to tell him. That's so important.

I know my accident really opened my eyes to how short life is and to do/say/enjoy things now. Don't wait.

Aw I know those comments don't feel the best. Hopefully it was from a place of concern and not judgement but either way don't let it cut too deep

Spent a little time in the garage this evening getting a couple of poles ready to go throw at stripers tomorrow evening. I still have a hard time believing that the top water bite would have come in ~3 weeks early this year but I've gotta go try it since i heard that at least a couple of people evidently had some luck a few days ago.

When the bite really gets on, the word will spread quick. I rigged one pole with a Whopper Plopper 130 and the second one with a Top Dog. As soon as i catch one fish on the Top Dog, im gonna retire it because it belonged to my dad and was his go to striper bait. I just wanna catch one fish with it first for some reason.

    Sunshine is awesome.

I just had a discussion a few days ago with a friend about why it gets dark earlier in some places than it does in others and he just couldn't get it. Basically, the farther west you are geographically in your time zone, the later its going to get dark. It seemed pretty simple to me. The farther west you are, the later the sun is going to go past you.
