So I've been working with accutune off road to get my shock tuned up and riding on the right springs rates. The support that I've gotten has been great! How PAC took there time making the springs I think it was about 6 weeks to get. They set me up with 225/125 for the front and 100/80 for the rear.

WOW that rear is crazy light weight, front sounds pretty close to the spring rate i would have guessed but still a big swing in weights for upper/lower on a light set up. so now are you going start playing with Valving

That's what I said when he put the order together!! Lol right now I only have about 1/2" of per load to get it to ride height in the rear and yep vavling will be next I'll want to get it out a few more times before I jump in to valving.

that puts you around 56/lb spring rate, i'm 100/150 in the rear which is 60/lb spring rate, Jared's at 44/lb spring rate Most rigs i've seen are somewhere around 75/lb to 110/lb on the front spring rate depending on if it's a buggy or full bodied rig.

Been missing around with a few things trying to clean some old stuff that I never did care for, I redid the front brake lines ditched the way the factory ran it around the radiator and the have long braided lines that get in the way with the bump stops... so I reran it down the upper control arm and T-ed off on the axle
. After that I built a new track bar that is 3.5" longer I was hopping for more but shit is tight that I even had to put a small bend in it to clear the diff at full bump. Also picked up a porta banded so I made a mount for it nothing cool like the swag one but it cost me like 15 bucks

Nice. Great idea on the front brake lines. I might have to steal that.

Portaband FTW! Definitely on my list of needed tools, think I'd use it far more than my chop saw.

as for the lines they are all stock replacement parts that I found on Rockauto for like 30.00 lol I all ways like to be able to parts at most parts stores so if/when something is damaged its easy to find when so a wheeling trip isn't shot...

if you need part numbers let me know...

and I love it so far.. cutting plate is sooo much nicer

it was! its not the hardest place out there but we had a good time! he ran his hard trail on Sunday and he let us make a new option on it that no one had done before so that was fun! we told him to get more stuff open like this and we would come back and crack it open for him!

    Thanks!

the plan is to cut some more of the TJ frame out that I get hung up on... its looking like from the seats back because it flares out... with that I have to redo the rear link mounts and the battery mount that's under the seat

im also pulling out the D300 and ordering an Atlas trying to pick between the 4.3 and the 5.0... im suck because im happy with the 4.1 now that I have but there is times where I want more and I will be adding water to the tires soon so I may need that help of the 5.0 once water is in there...

need to rebuild the front 300M u joints already... kinda pissed about that one season and they need new caps... just started looking to them and I think somehow I was not getting the right amount of grease in them

I need to fix my cracked 14 bolt so I have a shave kit that will fix it up real nice Clarke

need to rework my radiator top mount a little as I now have some play in it

im also swapping out the front 12" SAW coil overs for some 14" Fox's so I can raise the belly up on the buggy 2" from 18" to 20"

    I think that's it...

    Congrats on the new place!

As far as photo hosting, just use google. Free, great editing software, and VERY easy to use.

Sounds like you just need an Atlas 4!

Also, Don't delete your photobucket pictures. There is an extension in the Chrome store that "fixes" the photobucket sabotage. If you use chrome, you can still see the images.
