Most of the stuff I have bent so far has been designed and cut out by me, so usually have a corner, edge, or even a line of some sort to use as a reference. If I don't, I usually make a couple marks or draw lines to help with correct orientation. But there is always a least one speed square and machinist squares handy when I am using any of the brakes. Also keep manual and digital angle finders at the ready.
sorry, back on topic, here is a random video:
I use my back/depth gauge when making repeatable bends. But otherwise takes too much time to set for one bend.
Thanks. This is my way a practicing. I would like to switch over to video for documenting my various builds instead of just photos and written text. But I am an idiot still when it comes to video. So figured there isn't a better way at getting better or learning something then to just try and do it. Was shot on a crappy cell phone without any extras like external mic. Kinda obvious since the audio is fairly quiet. I didn't know how to change the audio levels while editing, but think I figured that out. Was also shot in one take as I do not know the ins and outs of editing yet. So I only made 2 simple edits. One at the beginning and one at the end since I had to manually start and stop the recording. Hoping to get better so am willing to listen to constructive criticism if anyone has anything to offer.
I know I have posted this before, but it's worth the second look
A buddy sent me this link. Thought it was worth the share.
Holy fawk that dude is lucky.
Have you ever seen a man eat so much fish?
Shady as hell
Not an expert on financing. What does the change in the contract do for the RV dealer? Best I can see is the total value isnt changed, just how many payments are made with the remaining dumped into a balloon. Am I missing something? Absolutely the RV place looks clearly in the wrong, but I am struggling to understand the reason for risking what they did.
After talking with someone much smarter than myself, not hard I know, I came to realize that the dealership gets paid per transaction and doesn't care about the loan end. Even "in house" financing isn't really done "in house". Usually the deal is stuck "in house" using 3rd party money. Meaning the dealership is paid once the handoff is complete. Also that most financiers wouldn't extend a 20 year loan on kind of a product. So the dealership cons people into "affording" something by paying for it over 20 years instead of the accepted 10 year loans. Then once the paperwork is signed, they change it to state, 10 year, plus a balloon payment. Dealer made their money with the sale, and passing the problem down the road.
At least I hope I am explaining that correctly.
