I miss having access to my music while at work.

We can't bring in burned CDs or mp3 players...

Used to have Amazon Cloud & google music for my own stuff, Pandora & Slacker for finding new stuff, but those are blocked now as well.

I'm down to obscure radio stations from around the nation & world:

There's a great punk show on BBC that's good for one or two listens before they put the new show online.

Right now, it's WBRU out of Providence... Not a bad little Alt Rock station.

Oh wow! Yeah that is a great album!!! Well at least you tripped across it and now you can enjoy it!

I listened to it so much when it first came out I grew bored with it.

Heck yeah. The Mighty, Mighty Bostones came on followed by Reel Big Fish and the Clash. Next is Sex Pistols.

Bosstones are cool. The Clash will forever be one of my favorites. Sex Pistols were the chit.

I can leave the Reel Big Fish behind...even though I do have a CD of theirs.

RBF, while pretty dated, still puts on a good show... saw them at House of Blues last year.

  26. #106
I just got the email from 93.3 that they are coming here pretty soon. I wouldn't mind going to see them. And Flogging Molly is playing their Not So Silent night concert, I will be there for that.

That would yet be another show I went to for the opening act and then bailed.

Rise Against is just too pop-punk for me. I went to the Rancid/Rise Against show at RR about 2 years ago. Bailed as soon as Rise Against came on stage.
