May have been our last trip of the season, so I got a few more pictures.
Tried manual focus, not happy with the result.
Also learned it is very rough ride in bumpy water on a competition ski boat (not a deep V like mine is). Auto focus for this pic though (no, not me in the water).

Id say you found your cameras biggest flaw...consumer grade auto focus!

These are fairly cropped, less than 30% I'd say. The auto focus was used in the last pic, I tried manual in the first 2.
I like the focus & depth of field on that first shot -- you get drawn to the handle and then you notice it's not in his hands and you think, owwww that's gonna hurt.
