Welp, i mowererd and weedereatered and edgederd and blew stuff. I mowered at 1/2 below what i normally mow at which is 3 1/2 inches thinking for sure it would be brown at that point. Nope. Its still all green meaning i will be mowing again.
I usually dont mind yard work at all but im kind of over it for this year.
Well got the wife final stamp of approval on the new truck. Plus EPA released the official mileage numbers for the hybrid 42 city 33 highway and 37 combined. She got to put her hands on one and liked it. Ford sent us who have one on order that we will start seeing them delivered to us in January, but I expect March for me. Also there have been so many orders that Ford expects it to be sold out for 2022 in early November. I think this thing is popular.
injection pump adventure is almost done on the diesel. this is not a fun project.

There is one thing or another that i dont like about any of the turn signal kits made for my yammerhammer so im gonna do the right thing and just build mine myself which will undoubtedly end up costing more money and more time because thats how i roll.

Its supposed to be sun shiney today but so far, not so much. I guess the clouds are supposed to move out after noon. I dont particularly care for clouds unless they are gonna thunderboom or something.
Basketball was different last night ... won game 1 but not in the fashion they usually do ... teammates were playing selfish.
Lost the championship game. Had already beat that team, but again, they were off. Saw a less-than-desirable side of the parents. Very negative yelling toward kids that are not theirs. Funny to watch adults who get spoiled and can't handle losing. I may say things at times to my kid, but don't say anything to someone else's kid.
It was healthy closure for him to take a break as the team is now in limbo and he starts practice next week with a new team that is 1-year up.
Football was also different. They knew they would be playing a pretty new (and bad) team, so they practiced just having fun and letting all the kids play different positions including Court playing some QB. That never happened.
Other team showed up with only 12 players. The first 3 plays of the game found us up 14-0 .... They had a 2nd player get hurt toward the end of the 1st quarter, so the final 4 plays were 10 v 10 .... One player was ready to return, but they didn't want to play anymore so they forfeited at the end of Q1 and they called the game @ 31-0. It was really just a wasted trip to Castle Rock.
Playoff next week.
Almost 600 miles on the not an XYZ thingy over the last two weekends. Sights were seen, memories were made, trails were blazed.

As for me. Just Krowing at krow, and at home, and at the hunting property. I finally finished the bushhogging a couple of weeks ago. Grand total 110.2 hours on the bushhog tractor, and that is with a 15' trifold Shultee. We were several years behind, but I got the entire property bushhogged and looking good.
This weekend was rainy, so I got power hooked up to my new shop building and the outlets and lights installed. Rifle season is right around the corner, and I have only spent 2 mornings in the bow stand. This krow thing needs to go away. I have my replacement found. Now he needs to finish up a couple of things and get here. I'm tired of wasting my days here wen I could be doing something I enjoy.
Mundee is no longer.

Cooled sown to 75 now. Thunderboomers are supposed to happen from midnight till about 4 in the mernin but clear out after that.
Gotta find a solution to carry more fuel in the not an xyz thing. Right now I can only get about 100 miles before the on board tank runs out, or carry extra cans that are unsafe. Anybody have any connections in the roto molding industry?

The predicted all night thunderboomer thing was a flop although it is now raining, just in time for scooby and scrappy to not want to go outside to do the bathroom thing.
Currently 63 and although the sun is supposed to be out by 10 this mernin, the high is only supposed to be 73. Stoopid cold front...
