Just saw an add for this. It'll be on tomorrow (Saturday) at 4:00pm, channel 9. Appears to be something on the increasing OHV traffic on public lands.

Just caust this and for the segment no RS2477 I thought it was a tad one-sided (toward the Green).
If you looked at who was interviewed for the segment there was:

The Chaimberlins (sp?) - anti access
A lawyer for a Green Organization - anti access
Congressman Udall- uniform standards of what a road is
Director of Colorado Department of National Resources- only one that had a sense of reality
Jan Latos- lawyer graemlins/puke.gif

So what happened to our side of the story? The only one that came across as pro access was the guy from CDoNR. The only footage showing vehicles looked to be shot @ EJS on Moab Rim & Prichett Canyon. I did come to the conclusion that the Chaimberlins(sp?) should not have issue with off-roaders, their fight should be with the county. Boulder County is the one that classified their "Driveway" as a County Road. Before the flames start about me being Green, MB, or KB; let me say that since it is a County Road our travel on the road is legal, but if this was indeed a "Driveway" the county should have never given it a CR designation. Without a CR designation I doubt that we would even bother with it.

Some of the other language used made it sound like we (off-roaders) had no respect for property. I actually believe that their is more respect for property within this communtiy, think of the posts regarding modifying the creek crossing at Holy Cross and the Campers past the berm at Bill Moore Lake. We understand the scrunity that we are under and should all be very carefull where and how we travel.
