I know alot of people enjoy NASCAR, BUSCH, etc, but I was wondering if there are any dirt race fans on here? I know I've been going to dirt races since I was 2. I really enjoy them.
And one of the top western Late Model drivers is from Colorado - Kelly Boen.
So, any fans on here?

Yeah, I'm really hating not being able to go to the races this year. While in Tucson for 2006, I was able to hit 65 racing events (modified, late model, WoO sprints, etc) over a 10 month period. Man that was a good year!!!
The good thing is I leave Kuwait for 2 weeks R&R this Thursday, I'm heading to SW Missouri to my brothers house. I have 111 nights of racing lined up over a 15 day period, to include WoO sprints, WoO Late Models, MLRA LMs, MARS LMs, and many others. Even get to catch Kenny Wallace running modifiedsa & LMs, as well as Ken Schrader running LM. It's gonna be a good 2 weeks.
I also get to buy my brother a new 28' enclosed trailer for our race team we started. It's his first year and he has 6 wins in the rookie division.

Both Kennys put on a good show,, I grew up near both of those boys, and was racing the same tracks, tho not the same class. Almost enough to make wanna go back home to Mo. not really tho, lol.

I've seen Schrader run LMs in AZ last year. He's very good. One of these days I'd like to catch the Prelude to the Dream at Eldora.
My brother retired form the USAF last year and moved to Miunt Vernon, about 30 miles West of Springfield, MO. I leave Kuwait on Thursday AM for there for 2 weeks of R&R. (I'm a contractor, no longer military.)
What division did you run in MO? And if you make it to MO, look me up. If I'm ther, I'd gladly meet you for a beer or three at the closest race track. the beauty of MO is there is racing all over nearly about 3-4 days a week.
