Basically, I'm wondering if you could give us an un-opinionated version of what's currently going on with the issue.
What I mean is, can you tell us who's court the ball is in? Are you waiting for the county? For the courts? For a reaction from Boslough? How about finacials? Is the ball in your hands but you can't do anything without money? what's going on?
I don't think it would hurt the case at all by telling us where the process is at as long as you keep it un-opinionated fact.
Is this even a case that's been brought before a judge yet, or are attourney's just sending letters back and forth?

the lawyer is all dressed up with no way to get to the party
there is a battle in court right now between boslough and another land owner . the land owners contention is that the road is public . however, at any time they could make an agreement that would exclude the public.
we have most of the little ducks in a row. just need the funds to get before a judge

dont know that there is much hapnin in the court room. i think the two sides are trying to reach a settlement . but i think that for the times before a judge that it would be public. i do think that the info on the case is public

Hello all, I've been registered here for quite a while but am still a newbie... I mostly hang out at TTORA but have some issues regarding the trails in my back yard.
I've been reading a lot recently here about the barking dog trail and I was wondering if anyone has a map as to where this trail is located. I have a feeling it's an area where I used to wheel a lot 6 years ago or so but am not certain. I tried searching but to no avail. Thanks in advance!

forest service map will have it
the road is county road 87 out of james town and goes north all the way over to hiway 7. there is a federally built bridge over the st. vrain at mile marker 24 that puts you unto the highway if you run it from south to north. from the north if you look straight up at the bridge there is a rock formation that looks like a dog barking at the sky
