Anyone else see the tiny mention of the plea bargin two of DJ's made? They didn't say what it was other than they weren't going to jail. Does anyone have better info on this?

Ignorance is bliss...
Remember that when our rights to drive off highway are removed, and all the trails are closed.

I agree, Boulder has already closed Ward Road(102J), Balrat Road and parts of the Caribu Ranch area. This wasn't just a trail ride. If I remember the photo's I saw I do believe they had the DJ's in the field. I have been four-wheeling in that area for the past 10 years and have seen the trails slowly disappear. I feel that these guys need to help promote the sport better. Every time I see another trail closed and ask why I get references to Mudfest and other events like it. It's hard enough to drive a four-wheel drive in Boulder without being hasseled about its gas milage and emissions.
Trespassing is trespassing whether or not the guy had a bulldozer in there or not. It is still illeagal.
