Their friendly for the most part in my experiences, but will try to sell you alot of things you dont need and can be a little pushy...their also far from the cheapest motorcycle parts\accessories\service\bike dealer in the area from what ive seen.
When i was looking at bikes 2 years ago, i was walking around with a money order from the bank in hand looking to buy...i wanted to test ride a particular bike they had on their lot and got a dirty look and a semi snotty comment from the sales manager and took my business elsewhere. Interstate Honda litterally was throwing keys at me..."go try this one out, ride that one..."
I bought from Honda...

Jeff made a good comment, FT. Collins Motorsports doesn't allow test driving of their bikes. In my mind that sucks!! You can't get a good feel for a bike just by sitting on it.
Now as for thier service, I have had no issues at all with it. Their service dept. has been great.
Thier sales team is kinda weak though in my mind (well a year ago it was) They just didn't seem very helpful or friendly

Thanks for saving me the drive I was able to finally get some good service in Albuquerque on a 2006 Yamaha Warrior with 6 miles on it.
Thanks to all
