Title says it all. After we get some responses, I'll post a poll.
I personally (as you know) prefer flickr.
What I like:
- bulk uploading tool
- API's that allow me to do other things
- good sense of community
- Large "developer" community making different plugins
Don't like:
- Pay for unlimited uploads (pretty inexpensive though)

I like Imageshack because it's free and relatively easy to upload pics and you can opt to link to the photo or a thumbnail. There are no watermarks on the photos, and there's no limit on the number of pictures that they'll host.
(Make sure it's imageshack.us and not .com)

I like using Kodak Gallery because it was the first one I found that was free and now have too many photos to move elsewhere. The other choice is Webshots. Great slideshow presentation.

I'm currently using montypics.com. I would not say I prefer or recommend it tho. Need to move everything I have there to one of the better/free services, so I'll keep an eye on this thread and see what the masses say. :)

Photobucket, they are partially a local company, to Denver. Plus the latest upgrades allow for bulk uploading, bulk link building, etc...
Free, and the new tools are really nice.
Though, flickr may be in my future do to the cool API work that can be done. I could see a Sweet ruby/rails app in my future, but I don't have any free time. :(

I've been using the allotted free space with Comcast.
As of this week, I've been trying my .mac account. Its OK, I guess.

I bought two books on hacking flickr, hopefully I can come up with something cool when I get some time.

Its not free but nothing good IS free. I hate banners and pop-up and this is the best service I've seen. I've got almost 10K pictures on my site and you can choose layouts or professional package to add watermarks to your pictures. I can stop people from getting my full size pics and track traffic to see how many people looked at each picture and what size.
I also like that I can make private gallieries for pics, like of all serial numbers of my $$ electrical equipment and household items for insurance purposes.
Here is a sample of my stuff there

Now that is a great idea...
But I don't think Id keep them online though. Probably burn them to a CD and put it in my safe instead.

I don't see the issue with keeping them PRIVATE in my gallery. Its not like someone going to hack my account to see my private pics
I did burn them but if a fire took out my CD's I'd have my online back-up too.

I need to consolidate. I've got most of my stuff on Snapfish through Comcast. I load things to photobucket if I want to post pics to the board.
I also have accounts at Walgreens and Wolf Camera (rixpicks) when I want deals on printing stuff.

Wasn't trying to be rude, but most "private" online galleries are not really as secure as most would think. Im just not a fan of keeping private infromation online, or even on the computer. Plus my safe is fire proof.
