Check out http://www.theracesite.com/ They have American LeMans series, Daytona Prototypes, Challenge World, and others.

Nothing against NASCAR, but I like road racing better.

Don't worry I grew up a drag racer and still love the NHRA.. I love watching WRC cars and f1. F1 get's kinda dull with virtually no passing though.

x2 In F1 it's not so much the drivers as the $$$ that some team is willing to invest in technology. Traction control in a race car? Ummm...NO.

F1 blows if you dont qualifiy in the front you are done before you start. No real passing or racing.

Has anybody watched the Mann Island TT? Sweet motorcycle racing

Our daily drivers benefit from that technology though. Ill take the a computer controlled manual trans any day. DSG....

The tech in the F1 cars, is half the reason I love them. Right turns are the other....:P

SCCA looks like fun too...

I watched the F1 season opener last night in Australia. Mikka Rikkonnen(sp) won from the poll and was never passed(that I saw). While I love the tech and women that was a dullllll race. That's the only reason f1 is not as popular here. No action. The last pass by Johnson over Stewart today in Atlanta was WAY more exciting then that entire f1 race unfortunately. And whats this rule about have to run two different tire compounds during a race?

Yep, also watched the Australian F1 race. Only one word to describe a race where nobody passes:

BORING!
