Can you still use out of state permits as of right now. I know the bill passed the senate commitee but is it a law yet. Thanks

Yes, you can still use out of state permits.
The bill is out of Senate committee, and in fact has passed the state Senate.
It has not been passed by the state house yet, or been signed by the Governor.
