Trying to search online for Kit Car manufactures for pricing on street rod kit cars and I keep getting kit car magazine articles and links to other search engines for kit cars with are nothing but links to more links. I'm trying to find some websites of some well-known kit car manufactures to start pricing kits for a possible 23 T-Bucket roadster or ~32-34 roadster or ~29-34 truckin the future. I've read some articles on some build ups where you can get a nearly complete kit, minus the drive train and interior stuff, for anywhere from $1500 to $5000 and up depending on what you get. I'm mostly interested in looking at the different manufactures out there, whos the best, whos the most well known, most popular, and best selection of kit cars in fiberglass or aluminum. I just can't seem to any decent ones searching with google or MSN. Mostly interested in the T-Bucket roadsters as they seem simple and easy to build and just look cool, to me anyway. Not looking to build a trailer queen, or a all out bling bling chrome queen. This is just going to be a toy that gets driven, gets horrible gas milage, loud and fun. :D
it's just something about the 23 T-Buckets that looks sweet

You've probably heard that 106.7 KBPI is building one and giving it away.

You should check out there website and see where they got there body from.

You can get the bodies for those cars right here in Denver. Streamline has all steel bodies available. Not cheap but straight. The KBPI car is going to be freaking awesome. You can check it out at Streamline.

Speedway motors in Nebraska.

But I would look for a used one. Should be able to find a good used driver for under 10K. Unless you want to build one!

I found this after searching for hours last night. This is what i'm looking for. A starter kit. http://www.tperformance.com/street_rods/t_bucket_kits.cfm
But I want to look at other manufactures out there still and what options they have and prices. That one from Total Performance is is a great price for everything you get and you can add more options to it as you scroll down. It adds the item to the picture of the T-bucket on the left when you do. I could have a rolling chassis for $6500!!
