We now have 4" DIY front bumper kits for the home fabricator. Building a front bumper couldn't be any easier with this kit. We do all the fab work that takes specialized equipment and tools, and source all the materials for you - One call to us, and a few hours of your time and BAMMMM - front bumper for your jeep...

Kit Includes:
- 2"x4" x 3/16 wall main channel, available in 48" and 54" widths, mitered ends, and shackle holes pre-cut into the front and rear of the bumper.
- 2 3/16" pre-cut steel plate end caps(for closing off the ends of the main channel)
- 2 3/4"x3" Shackle Mounts, ready for a 7/8" recovery shackle pin, long enough to be welded to the front and back of the bumper.
- 2 Shackle mount gussetts, made from 3/16" steel, these weld on top of the shackle mount and to the bumper, adding extra strength and a great look when the welds are cleaned and blended. (You don't have to use them if you don't want to)
- 2 3/16" thick light tabs
- 2 3/16" Laser cut and CNC Formed frame mounts, designed to work with torsion style aftermarket sway bars, just bolt to your frame center your bumper and weld. Provides plenty of weldable surface for a solid attachment.

Availablity is about 2-3 weeks as we are currently backordered on the 4" frame mounts.

We do have 5" (2"x5" Main channel) front bumper kits in stock.

Call with any questions - 303-907-6303

** These are not listed on our website yet.

Our 3/4" shackle mounts can be upgraded to our 1" thick Premium shackle mounts for an additional charge, Note: doing this will require the builder to open the shackle mount holes in the main channel by 1/4", easy to do with a cutoff wheel on a grinder or Dremmel.

Disclaimer: It is the owners/builders responsibility to ensure a qualified weldor assembles the kit.

any chance I could get you guys to make me some of those shackle tabs that fit 3"x4" bumpers instead of 2"x4"? I do build bumpers, but for wagoneers only, so dont worry, I wont be competition for you guys. I'm interested in quite a few tabs if you can get me a decent price. I dont have the equipment to cut stuff that thick, and therefore I have not been putting these in my FSJ bumpers, but I'd sure like to.

Let me know.
