Competiton and Event forum

IT would be nice to have a "Competitions and Events" forum like over there on Pirate. That way the local CO guys could chat about similar things.

It could also be a board to be used to announce events such as rock-crawls, etc.

I'm open to the idea, but so far nobody has replied to this. I'll keep watching this and if there's a strong show of support we'll do it, otherwise I'll have to assume the interest just isn't out there.

I say that a Comp. Forum would be a good idea. It would be great to keep comps. (local to national) in one place.

I don't object to a new forum but using the staging area and trip reports seems to be working OK for now. Are there really enough comps and interest in them to warrant a new forum?
