I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR ALMOST A YEAR. AND STILL DONT HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO POST A PICTURE.HOW TO FOR LAME BRAINS LIKE ME?

Check out the Posting FAQ, specifically the UBB Code part. Tells you how to display an image that is hosted anywhere on the net. Only catch is some hosts don't allow you to remotely link to images, so choose your host wisely (many use imagestation for example).
