Now available, the Dana 30 Front Truss is designed to beef up that Dana 30 housing and prevent those larger tires and bigger motors from rotating or bending the tubes. Adding our unique design to it, the truss is both functional and looks hot!.

The truss is available with or without the upper control arm mounts (integrated and already installed!). Our upper control arm mounts use a Rubicon Express Super Ride bushing which allows a little more flex and makes changing them far easier than the stock units. Install is a snap but welding is required.

Not running a Radius Arm Suspension? We have an option that may be perfect for you! For both the 3 link and 4 link systems we can replace those Super Ride Bushings with Super Flex bushings to allow the ultimate in flex by preventing the bind assocaited with running a ruber housed bushing assembly.

If you're running air shocks or coil-overs, you'll want our bare Dana 30 truss. After installing it you'll get a clean look while picking up the benefits of the truss.

Pricing:
Bare Dana 30 Front Truss: $169.95
w/ UCAs & Super Ride Bushings (Driver & Passenger): $299.95
w/ Super Flex Bushing (Driver only): $239.90
w/ Super Flex Bushings (Driver & Passenger): and $329.95

Maybe a dumb question but can I use this on my TJ with a 5.5 inch Rubicon Express Long Arm setup?

Yes you can:) I have seen the truss in person and it is well built and well worth the money. I will be installing the truss on my XJ in the next week. Just get a hold of Bob or Matt and they will set you up with the proper truss for your application.

Yes you can:)...

As Tom mentioned, this truss will fit any Dana 30 non-vacume disconnect housing - TJ, ZJ, or XJ. A disconnect style truss will be available soon for those of you who don't have one.

I will be installing the truss on my XJ in the next week.

Your "package" has arrived! Give me a call...

I'd like that on my WJ's D30. I'm running Clayton's Long Arms and I'm a tad wider, 63.5" WMS-WMS. Maybe a few changes or maybe nothing needed.

No kidding John I was thinking the same thing. The track bar mount could be adjustable in height to accomodate more steering designs. Do you scorpion guys have any thoughts?

Would be easy enough to pull a tape and see if they're the same. If the WJ uses the same diff that's in the later model TJ's then I can already tell you you're golden (and I'm about 98% sure that they do).

OK, dumb question time! Does the truss require removal of the stock UCA mounts from the housing?

While I have your attention, will your 8.8 truss work on an Explorer?

Yes, you cut of the existing upper control arm mounts (retain the lowers) and replace them with the truss and integrated upper control arm mounts. The removal is actually not a very difficult task.

I don't recall the spring pirch width on the explorer (we always remove them for what we use 8.8's for) but as I recall it would be very close. Best bet is to shoot us an email to sales@tntcustoms.com with a measurement from inside of the spring pirch to inside (driver's to passengers). Knowing the measurement I could answer that question on the spot.

Here's a good pic from the booth today:
