I installed the AFE stage 1 intake on my truck with the torque tube. The installation was very straight forward, the instructions provided did an adequate job of describing how to install the kit. However I thought it rather funny they included insrtuctions on where to put their sticker on the outside of my truck! As far as performance is concerned, I picked up a little bit of power (seat of pants feel of course) and my mileage picked up a little as well. The only thing I would recommend is riding in a truck that has the torque tube installed first before you buy it. The torque tube really makes the turbo hiss quite noticable. I love it, but some people may find the noise to be somewhat annoying. I beleive the kit to be worth the money, and anyone should be able to install this kit in about 45 minutes (maximum).
