i know we live in a world where sometimes we need to be told the obvious.i am asking if it might be good to have a place to hash out the do's and dont's of mail order,or even real time purchasing.i see some have issues, and maybe a good thread of input from many people could offer up alist of stuff we can all keep in mind when ordering things, and how to resolve returns, and stuff in general to ask for,and about.
my input here is:
what do i do if the part is wrong ?
what do i do if i ordered the right part, and got the wrong part?
before i buy,how do i handle returns?
what if i order the right part, and you send the right part, but the manufacturer changed it and we find out when we recieve it?
i am sure many can add a great many useful ideas of things to ask.i near always, have things to ask,and get a case of the dumbass when i buy,and forget my questions.
