Do these dies have a hole in each side so you can run a bolt through them to press them together? I have some thin sheet aluminum that need some flared holes and there is no way to fit the pieces in a press.

Yes you can use a bolt and nut set up with a thick plate washer to compress the die and flare the material. It is not "recomended" and the parts will not be warranted but yes it will work.
