Crappy weather snow and rain until we got to Grand Junction, then 70s and sunny perfect!
Day one. Short run through Hells Revenge

Day two Golden Spike, what a great trail, we got started late 12 noon, but made it through by just after dark. I broke a u joint on the short side on the crack, Bryan's jeep was perfect, walking everything and made the double whammy look easy!

Day three Helldorado, Just Bryan (Ty and friends never made it out) went through with me spotting, no trouble.

Day four, Moab Rim Trail, our group grew a bit hooking up with Herb and Jeeper John, that trail has gooten tougher since the last time I ran that one some ten years ago.

This trip made my 14th trip to Moab, and the first time in a 100" wheelbase.
Always had a 5 or flatty. The XJ with 3.5" lift and 31's front ARB 4.10s did great, I climbed walls I never could make before with ease!

I plan on a Farmington trip maybe near Thanksgiving? Who wants to go?

Hoppin mad I couldn't make it out this trip. Plan on me for next time: either week of Turkey Day, 2006 EJS or end of May. Gotta get the Detroit traction in rear to make it fun.

I wanna run Metal Masher this time, Mirror Gulch got my Dana 35 in 2003. Wanna crawl up it with the new Ford 8.8 and mark my terrirory. LOL
PICS LOOK GREAT especially the one on Crawlertech web page home upper right corner; wicked cool magazine cover quality!!!!
