At the last minute i decided to head out to Moab for a run sat with some of my buddies that were down there for naxja. Since i've got the 24 hours of moab mountain bike race next weekend, we decided to take Carrie's YJ and I rode my bike. Sat hooked up with Bob, from T&T Customs and a couple of his NAXJA buddy's to run Goldbar Rim with my buddy brian from vail in his blue xj on 33's, his friend Jason in the white xj on 31's, and Pat in the willy's TJ on 32's. Carrie drove her red YJ on 35's while i rode my mountain bike and play photographer. The weather was great, 82* and sunny till later in the afternoon when some clouds rolled in, but it never rained. Had a good time back at camp where i ran into Led and Justin (jrsxj98?) as well as a few others i've come to see every year at the anual NAXJA event. Not like my usual trips, no big rigs or crazy lines, just some regular ol jeepers having a good time on a chill trail in moab. The entire album of 120 pics is located HERE (http://phatserver.net/users/wally/list.php?path=Moab%2F05NAXJA/) these below are some of my fav's

Hey Al, if Carrie wheels the entire trip and keeps it on all 4 wheels then isn't she already outwheeling the "wheelie" expert. LOL.

Thanks for a great weekend Brian, Bob for the spotting, great to meet Patrick and Jason. Have to find a new place for the spare tire. Unfortunately the spare tire hung up a little and had to strap the tire down in the back. Had a great weekend!
