Apologies for the late post. I went up Santa Fe Peak on Sunday, Oct 2. First time on the trail. What a beauty. No big obstacles to roll over but the exposure and tight switchbacks provide plenty of excitement. Walking the last 100 yards of scree road at the top will steal your breath. 10+ on beauty. Great way to end another fine season of high-country wheeling. Damn, 9 more months...
