hello all, I am new to the site, I found it today as I was making last minute preps to go to moody hill. its a level 4 trail thats near fort collins. I took a few pictures, something started heating up on me so I turned around before we got to the top. better luck next time i suppose. not to bad for the first actual wheeling trip I took with this heep, and my first tastes of Colorado offroading.

thanks man, yeah it was a good day to go into the mountains, it was so foggy we lost sight of the road for a few moments on the way there.

i didnt quite make it to crystal, i was overheating because evidently i lost my low pressure radiator cap somewhere on the trail and started spilling radiator fluid all over the place.. so i had to trurn around before i could go any farther.

thats the nice thing about tax return checks, they provide an instant source of money to modify with. I plan on buying my lift for it with that. Im sure glad i found this site. maybe i can find some groups to go wheeling with

There's a lot of ZJ guys on here too that can help ya out with deciding on the lift and such. I saw your pics up on JU too, and you'll get better ZJ help over here than on JU.

Hey man, I'm in Fort Collins and I wheel a ZJ too... although not quite as stock OR pretty as your'n. Hit me up sometime if you wanna do some wheelin'. Sevenmile in the snow is awesome, and Kelly Flats is always fun too.

zjoe - sometimes my camera makes things purple.. it was a good picture tho.... worthy of a 90's jeep commercial.
I definately like this site better than the other 4x4 stuff around, plus you guys are all somewhat local to me!

nice jeep! well, I'll keep some of you busy this winter, mine needs a lift, and other junk... and ill buy the beer and pizza.
and, when i was on break today, i found out i knocked my entire front bumper loose on the trail, as well as my headlight bezel and grille. so, i got carnage, as little as it was.

I'm in Windsor and I'll go up with ya anytime you want as long as it's on a Sun, Mon or Tuesday. That is if you'll tolerate a YJ around you!

ill tolerate anyone that wants to go, isnt it usually the YJ's that are tolerating the ZJ's anyhow? and i can only go on mondays or early tuesdays, so monday it is. since there will be beer and pizza, we will have like 40 people trying to help put on this lift huh... we wont even need jacks! its gonna happen sometime early next year, so i have time (and money for the beer, pizza and parts) to do it right the first time.

Lol, the whole winter to sit around and think about what mods to spend your money on? That could be dangerous for your wallet.
