that new arm attachment looks sweet.
can you pull the arm without pulling the xmember now?.. mostly talking about that passenger side.
definitely like the t-case skid. removable/addable?

If you pull the bolts out of the arms at the x-member side you better duck...ask Bob how he found out :D. Yes the arms now come out very easily without removing the skid. The best part is the arms are still protected this way and adding in the control arm mounts the way we did increased the strenth of the pan quite a bit.
Unfortunately we couldn't figure out a way to make the transfer case skid removable and strong enough to handle any abuse at the same time. The entire belly pan is now one piece (basically the Heavy Duty X-Member with a transfer case skid and a few additional reinforcements).

Matt,
I didn't know you were with TNT Customs. I still have the bumper you built. It's such a great bumper! I tow my tent trailer all over with it...it's BUILT.
Thanks again! Top Quality stuff guys!!!

Well the second generation XJ Long Arm Upgrade kit is finished. We'll be releasing full specs and pricing tomorrow.
Here's a few teasers of the new improved kit, first up the Xtreme Duty Belly Pan with LCA mounts, interior bracing and all 3 frame ties all shown.
This is the only pure bolt-on kit on the market and it's beefy. :D

That's funny....I was just telling him the other day that he needs to bring his rig over to my place so I could take care of that for him. ;)

wheres the flex???????
flex is overrated... :D
seriously though, i've got brand spankin' new RE springs in the rear (in the photo above only the mileage from golden to cheyenne). plus my front shocks are now too short!
i got to wheel the kit this weekend and was very pleased. as soon as everything "settles" and breaks in a bit more, i'm sure i'll have no complaints about the flex.
i'll tell you what was fun-- cruising JeepSpeed-style around the track at the CORE park and just letting those longarms suck up the bumps at speed!! :) :)
here's another poseur flex shot though (no forklift necessary):
http://xtb.com/XJ/CORE/pages/DSCN5641.htm
...now to look for longer shocks!
cheers.
