Here she is:

She's running a little rough right now, we're thinking it's a charging system issue so a new Alternator is on the way.

Sissy bar is gone, and not much will be done to her until my 500T is done getting it's cafe treatment. She's a peppy little thing when she's running right.

Got the stator replaced this afternoon/evening and she runs stronger at higher RPMs now, which is good. Still wont idle worth a damn, time to play with the carbs.

Figured out why it wasn't idling right:

And in the process this happened:

$300 in parts ordered and I'll get her put back together and see what there is to see.

Figured it out!

Got the carbs halfway rebuilt Wednesday night and picked up the slides Friday, got it all back together but it still only ran on one cylinder. Re-synced the carbs, no change.
Pulled spark plugs and swapped sides, turns out one of the plugs was bad, but I also broke the plug wire cap on the left side pulling it off (all of this happened after 1800 so all the parts stores that have what I need we're closed.
Picked up new plugs, new caps, put her back together again, and she fired right up!
Took her out for about 20 miles today, and I've decided I need to get some pod filters so I can lean her out a bit (stock jetting is rich for sea level), so that's next.
