Yep. Only ranked up to Lvl 7. Ripped through the single player just to get the story out of the way. It's not too bad considering the founders of Infinity Ward took off.

Multiplayer is fun just like MW2. Pretty much more of the same. I do see some network lag from time to time though...I think IW needs to add more servers.

Up to lvl 41 right now online. I like it. Feels more like MW2 then BO, thank god.

Finally got to play today for a couple hours. It's basically MW2 with new maps. Still digging it though. I like the close quarter urban FPS style.

Im 51 and it doesnt feel like you ever have to grind that hard for rank.

For a fun new game, kill confirmed is a blast.

I had 3 prestige points and I used them all for double XP, and I really don't think leveling is that tough. Plus I'm really incredible. :flipoff2:

So what are the difference in game types? I've only played Team DM (which doesn't really need much explaining). Probably wait until I learn the maps a little before I jump into any conquest/flag maps.

These are my two new favorite. I used to only play TDM and Domination

Kill Confirmed: TDM with a twist. When a player is killed, their dog tags are dropped. The other team has to pick up those dog tags to get credit for the kill before the decease’s teammates do and nullify the kill. It should be a nice change of pace that leads to less camping and better team work. There will be a great amount of additional strategy necessary to win. Will you pick up your fallen teammate’s dog tags or use them as bait? Can a sniper killing and a shotgun retrieving work?
Team Defender: Capture the flag with a twist, no flag return. Teams gain points by holding onto the enemy flag as long as possible. This should lead to some great cat and mouse scenarios, and be a great change of pace for team oriented players.

yep people are fast. i think we at level 14 - havent played much last couple days, been playing skyrim.

skyrim looks amazing, but after buying BF3 and MW3 I have no spare monies for skyrim yet.

Hacking is pretty rampant. Seeing lots of aim bots, and tonight was in a couple of games where it was non stop bomber runs.

Regardless though, on Saturday anyone up for some team play? (on PC) Would be cool to actually get some strategic play in this weekend, what say you co4x4 gamers?

To be fair, my BIL plays for 4-5 hours a day and has done most of the work, I'm just reaping the rewards.

I think I have maybe 14 hours into the single player (trying to find all the intel items) and on XBL I have 10 hours in.

And getting pwned all the time. I have been in the top 3 only 3 times.

My son works for Game Stop, so he gets to "Check out" games for 4 days at a time. He brought it home and we beat the game in around 4 hours or so. I was trying again on my own and after an update couldn't complete one of the missions. We had to return it before I got it figured out. Fun game. We'll still buy it at one point to play the multiplayer stuff, but not sure when. We are mostly still playing the Black Ops online games and ranking up. He's a 5th level Prestige where I'm only 2nd level Prestige. Damn work gets in the way of game time :shrug:

I have just started playing drop zone. And all I have to say is wow its a blast. I had the least amount of kills but was still first in points on my team tonight. But then again I rock the stryker with slight of hand and the riot shield with the overkill perk. Makes for some good times.

Drop zone is a lot of fun. It makes getting grenade kills easy though. Trophy system is the best there is for that game.
